Cabotage shipments
Arkas Anadolu Logistics conducts cabotage shipments with vessels providing regular weekly service on the Istanbul (Ambarlı)-Kocaeli (Körfez)-Bursa (Gemlik)-Izmir (Aliağa)-Mersin route operated by Arkas Line. The service also calls on Gazimagusa in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Cabotage shipments offer customers a number of advantages such as price and capacity benefits gained because more cargo can be transported in a single shipment and the fact that there are no price changes due to seasonal fluctuations.

Import and Export Shipments
Arkas Anatolia Logistics carries out all forms of export and import shipments through EMES, an Arkas shipping company, as well as through international shipping companies for which Arkas provides agency services.

Storage and Distribution Services
Bonded and non-bonded Storage, packaging and handling services are provided at depots and bonded and non-bonded warehouses located in Istanbul, Izmir, Kayseri, Erzurum and Bursa.

International Storage and Distribution Services
Arkas Anatolia Logistics offers overseas distribution, storage and pick-up services via its foreign business partners. Solutions are generated on a project basis according to requests made by customers. Turkish exporters' products are stored in bonded or non-bonded warehouses with delivery made to several recipients, or to a single recipient at different times.

Shipments with Special Equipment
Special requests are met with the most appropriate system by developing alternative transport options that meet customer demands. Arkas' fleet of special equipment and vehicles are implemented according to the characteristics and volume of the product to be transported.

Sidelifter
A sidelifter is used in locations that do not have a loading/unloading ramp. This rapid mobile winch can load or unload containers weighing up to 33 tons including tare weight in 7-10 minutes, making it possible to handle containers anywhere in Turkey. With sidelifters, export and import containers are stored on the customer's own site, thereby reducing storage costs by cutting down on the amount of indoor storage space needed.

Tipping chassis
A tipping (dumper) chassis is used to empty the bulk granular raw materials transported in inner liner bags directly into the factory silo via the rotary valve on the chassis.
